Having sold over $1.8 Billion dollars over the course of his young career puts him in a league of his own.
Michael specializes in selling off market multifamily to his connections and network of high net worth individuals, REITS and syndication groups. His uncompromised professionalism and tenacious drive has yielded his unheard-of rapid rise to success in the commercial real estate industry.

Alex Krasnovskyy
DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
As Director of Operations, Alex is responsible for overseeing and managing all of the team's operations in the country. At a young age Alex developed a passion for real estate, and immersed himself into the industry with the focus on multifamily assets. Alex has been an integral part of the formation and structuring of the team’s strategies and execution. He is also responsible for transaction monitoring, communication, marketing, identifying and tracking various opportunities across the United States.

Andrew VanSchooneveld
DIRECTOR OF COMMUNICATIONS
With our constantly growing network, Andrew is focused on strengthening and increasing services to our clients by developing communication methods and strategies that combine data and research with the latest tech to support our partner’s needs.
Prior to joining LAOffMarket, Andrew was a Personnel Manager in the Information Studies Department at UCLA where he helped raise the school’s profile and received the staff innovation award in 2015. Previously, he was director of Agent Services at Keller Williams Calabasas where he taught the latest real estate technology classes and was in charge of the KW School of Real Estate.
