I was impressed with Michael’s professionalism from the first time he reached out to me regarding selling one of our assets. Since we were not actively marketing the asset I was a little skeptical as more often than not brokers are fishing for deals to shop. This was not the case with Michael. He presented a potential buyer immediately who was interested in the asset and he was open and honest regarding the groups track record and their ethics in conducting business, and this turned out to be true all the way until closing. In addition, it was clear that Michaels ethics and professionalism rank up there with the best! I would not hesitate to work with Michael again and would trust him regarding any potential buyer he is bringing to the table or any deal he brings to me that is a potential acquisition. It was obvious to me he will only work with those who possess the same ethics and professionalism he expects from all parties. And to make it even better, he was a joy to work with!
